The New Entrepreneurs Book Description

by Jon Kraszewski, The New Entrepreneurs Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format. Download The New Entrepreneurs books, According to the sociologist C. Wright Mills in his 1951 book, White Collar: The American Middle Classes, the “new entrepreneur” was a lone wolf able to succeed in post–World War II corporate America by elusively meandering through various institutions. During this time, anthology writers such as Rod Serling, Reginald Rose, and Paddy Chayefsky achieved a level of creativity that has rarely been equaled on television since. Yet despite their success, anthology writers still needed to evade the constraints and censorship of 50s television in order to stay true to their creative powers and political visions. Thus they worked as new entrepreneurs who adapted their more controversial scripts for the Hollywood, Broadway, and book publishing industries. Even after the television networks cancelled their prestigious anthology series at the end of the 50s, the most resilient writers were able to redefine what it meant to be entrepreneurs by launching cutting-edge shows such as The Twilight Zone and The Defenders that are still popular today. The New Entrepreneurs includes detailed textual analysis of legendary, sometimes hard-to-find, television anthology scripts that have received only cursory glances in television history until now. The New Entrepreneurs Of Europe And Asia Book Description

by Victoria E. Bonnell, The New Entrepreneurs Of Europe And Asia Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format. Download The New Entrepreneurs Of Europe And Asia books, While attention has been focused on high-level struggles over control of giant enterprises in China and the former Soviet bloc, a remarkable but underreported revolution has been occurring at the grass-roots level. This volume examines the profiles of entrepreneurs and the patterns of business development in the post-socialist countries Bringing together the perspectives of all the social science disciplines, from anthropology through economics and political science to sociology, the contributors identify the criteria for survival and success of independent businesses in different environments. Their findings shed light not only on the "transition from socialism" at the micro-level, but also on the conditioning effects of different economic, historical, legal, and social conditions on the conduct of independent economic initiatives.

New Skills For New Entrepreneurs Book Description

by Mira Alexander, New Skills For New Entrepreneurs Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format. Download New Skills For New Entrepreneurs books, In the years 2015 and 2016 more than 2.5 million refugees came to the European Union to seek asylum. Many of these refugees acquired professional qualifications in their home countries, but despite these qualifications they often struggle integrating into the labour market. The complex recognition process for their qualifications is one of the main reasons. At the same time the European Union is facing an alarming gap of SME successors and entrepreneurs. More entrepreneurs are needed and refugees need an easier way to become integrated into the labour market in their host country. These two principals were combined in the NEW ENTREPRENEURS project. A procedure for the identification of entrepreneurial potential builds the foundation. This is accompanied with a language training and a motivation and creativity training. To promote entrepreneurship a special training was developed, tested, evaluated and implemented, accompanied with a business start-up and takeover training. A comprehensive coaching process accompanies the whole process. The developed procedures and trainings were successfully applied also to natives in Hungary, meaning that the range of the potential beneficiaries is even larger tan expected. This publication contains the relevant curricula, application notes and experiences as a result of the project NEW ENTREPRENEURS with the following partners: Hanse-Parlament (DE), Berufsakademie Hamburg (DE), Institut für angewandte Gewerbeforschung (AT), Ipartestületek Országos Szövetsége (HU), T2I Trasferimento Tecnologico e innovazione scarl (IT)
